Along with the organic shiitakes, we have added kombu (full of antioxidants) and bamboo leaf (full of silica, necessary for making collagen). And frankly, all of the aromatic vegetables that are used to make any broth contribute their own micronutrients. Think carrots, onions, celery, garlic, herbs...these are all in there.
