Cooking for yourself is a radical act of self love. But it requires a little bit of organization as well as some basic skills. I work with private clients to design a set of menus tailored specifically to their diet and taste preferences.
Whether you are following a specific mainstream plan from Paleo to vegan or if you have worked with a wellness coach or doctor to create a specific diet for your individual health goals,
creating a menu that is full of foods you love and are easy to prepare will be the key to your success.
Here's how the process works:
- Initial consultation with you to discover your food preferences within your specific dietary model. We discuss what foods you love and don't love, your favorite flavors and textures and so on. We create your healthy flavor profile.
- Using that information, we create a menu and recipes completely tailored to you, for two weeks to a months worth of dishes.
- Along with the meal plan and recipes we create a weekly shopping list and prep list.
- Your individual plan can also include easy ways to modify dishes to work for kids or partners who may have different needs as you.
