Cooking Pasta:

• Follow the same methods as cooking grains above
• Check the package for how long to cook the pasta
• When the pasta is finished cooking, you can rinse it with hot water to remove some of the starch, if you want.
• Skip the step of covering with a kitchen towel.
• If you will be storing the pasta in the frig, you can toss it with a teaspoon of olive oil to keep it from sticking together.
